Zoe Lumsden is a Director in AAB’s Office of the CFO team, based in Aberdeen. She supports clients to strengthen and transform their finance functions and deliver meaningful, lasting change.

With more than a decade of experience leading large-scale transformation projects, Zoe brings strong project management expertise, a people-focused approach and a deep understanding of change management. She supports organisations to redesign operating models, simplify finance processes, optimise performance and embed new ways of working that deliver long-term value.

Zoe believes transformation starts with understanding the people behind the processes. She takes time to listen, learn and uncover what’s holding an organisation back before shaping the right path forward.
