Based in our Aberdeen office, Andrew Webster is a highly skilled Office of the CFO partner who helps clients across a wide range of sectors achieve their full potential. With a career spanning over 22 years in both practice and industry, Andrew has built a reputation for delivering transformational change, guiding businesses through complex integration projects, and creating finance strategies that genuinely drive performance. His journey into CFO was inspired by a passion for business optimisation and a desire to make finance simpler, smarter and more impactful for clients of all sizes.
A typical week for Andrew might see him supporting clients through end-to-end finance transformation – from developing strategic roadmaps to embedding new systems and processes that enable enhanced outcomes. Alongside client work, Andrew is passionate about developing others and works closely with the junior team to provide ongoing training and mentoring.
Whether it’s guiding internal finance teams, managing change programmes, or providing leadership advice, Andrew’s goal is always to make finance an enabler of business value.
