Paul Turner is a Corporate Finance Partner based in our Edinburgh office. With over 15 years of experience in advising on company sales, acquisitions, buy-outs, and fundraising. He works closely with business owners, corporates, investors, and lenders to deliver strategic outcomes through complex transactions.
Paul takes a hands-on approach, leading deal discussions and negotiations, supported by a highly capable team. His role is dynamic, balancing deal execution with relationship building across the market to generate new opportunities. Clients value his commercial insight, clear communication, and calm focus under pressure, especially when navigating high-stakes decisions.
