Michelle Condron is our Information Security Manager. Based in Glasgow, her role involves managing the implementation, improvement and compliance of our Information Security Management System.  

“I’m an INFORMATION SECURITY SOUNDING BOARD.”

“The team expects me to be able to answer their compliance, GDPR and information security questions, either from themselves or from their own clients. To provide supporting information and guidance in providing the correct details to their clients on our policies, procedures and certifications. 

The most satisfying aspect of my role includes talking to team members about how they view information security and GDPR, how it impacts on their day to day job. This gives me details on how certain groups may need different training or a different framework of support from the Information Security team. 

AAB aren’t afraid of new ideas and looking to new solutions for old problems. This gives me scope to ensure all avenues are pursued in building a strong information security management system.” 

ABUNDANCE OF TECH 

“The firm’s abundance of tech allows for non-stop client contact via, email, phone calls, Zoom, Teams, text and whatever other communication routes people are using. As someone who joined during lockdown this tech enabled me to get in contact with all my clients internally at AAB, however being able to now meet these people in the flesh is awesome.”
