Based in our Aberdeen office, Karen Lund is a highly experienced senior manager in our Virtual Finance Function (VFF) team, supporting a wide range of clients across the UK.  With over 25 years of experience in senior finance roles, Karen brings a blend of technical skills, commercial insight and hands-on collaboration to every engagement. She works closely with leadership teams as a trusted business partner, delivering tailored outsourced finance services, including performance reporting and year-end accounts. Karen takes great pride in becoming a trusted advisor to her clients and always focuses on setting them up for success, helping them achieve their goals and making a tangible difference.

Besides her role in VFF, Karen is a valued member of AAB’s food & drink sector team, helping navigate new opportunities within the sector.
